Executive (Dys)function strategy.
My clients are predominantly women and other marginalized genders - including non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are most comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women - adjusting to a life unmasked and embracing the idea of radical self-acceptance.

My Philosophy
I believe that all people deserve to live their own truth, and embrace themselves fully. Learning to meet ourselves where we are at - acknowledge our wobbly spots and use our strengths to make them sturdier - can be a fraught road that no one should have to take alone.

I believe when we are honest with ourselves, compassionate toward ourselves, and allow ourselves grace we grow in every aspect of our lives.

I believe that all people deserve safety and support while learning to unmask after a lifetime of trying to conform to boxes that weren't built for our shapes.
We can embrace ourselves and challenge ourselves at the same time; growth is not hindered by knowing who we are. Knowing who we are is the foundation upon which we build.
My approach to coaching is straightforward – meet yourself where you are at. Then we find the path you'd like to tread.
I am a trans-affirming, Black Lives Matter advocating, queer-youth supporting, anti-fascist intersectional feminist, and queer cis woman. I believe in the power of deep, trustworthy relationships and the joy and safety they can bring to our communities.
I put my money where my mouth is by providing a sliding-scale fee structure to ensure I can serve my clients within their means and allow those with economic stability to contribute to the wellness of others.
